Tulisa Contostavlos has been bailed until a date in December after being arrested on suspicion of dangerous-driving and drink-driving.

The 27-year-old singer was driving a £150,000 Ferrari supercar on September 10 near a tube station in Southgate, north London, when she was involved in a crash with a Saab.

She was initially arrested for drink-driving and spent 22 hours in a police cell before being further arrested for dangerous-driving.

Tulisa has been bailed until a date in late December and has not been charged for either offence. If convicted she could face up to two years in jail.

"Officers and the London Fire Brigade attended. There were no reported injuries.

"One of the drivers, a 27-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and was taken to an east London police station. She was later further arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.

"She has since been bailed to a date in late December."

The former X Factor judge was seen in CCTV footage, obtained by a national newspaper, at a roundabout near the station speaking to police and a friend after the crash, which involved an elderly couple.

Tulisa had a difficult 12 months last year after walking free from court after a drugs trial collapsed.

She was mid-way through a career comeback when she crashed her Ferrari in north London.
