Registration

NGOs that are accredited to and in good standing with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) may designate representatives to the annual sessions of the CSW.

Invitation letters were sent in October to the e-mail addresses registered in the integrated Civil Society Organizations (iCSO) System of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) by NGOs in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

CSW registration for NGOs in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) was open from 6 October 2023 till 26 January 2024 via the United Nations Indico registration system. Online registration is mandatory for all participants. We are not able to accept late registrations or registrations by email. 

The United Nations does not charge fees for participation in the Commission on the Status of Women sessions, please remain vigilant if you are asked to pay to participate at the session as well as any communications that may appear fraudulent. The United Nations will never ask for payment. The United Nations will not pay for any expenses in connection with the participation of NGO representatives in the sessions of CSW. Such arrangements and costs are the exclusive responsibility of participants.
