Porsche Mission E live photos: 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show

Porsche emphasized performance and its electric motors live up to its expectations, different from other all-electric drives as they manage to develop full power after several accelerations at short intervals. Further, Porsche Torque Vectoring distributes torque to each wheel to optimize the driving power. Mission E is race-track ready: its time on North Loop of the Nürburgring was under 8 minutes.

Porsche built the Mission E chassis to be as lightweight as possible and distribute weight evenly. The body is constructed from aluminum, steel and carbon fiber-reinforced polymer materials. The battery runs the entire length of the car, from the front to the rear axles. Mission E sits on carbon wheels with 21-inch front tires and 22-inch rear tires.
