Sikorsky Innovations Announces Cash Prize and First-Time Webinar for 6th Entrepreneurial Challenge

Sikorsky Innovations has launched its 6th Entrepreneurial Challenge, a competition to highlight and support revolutionary ideas, ventures and innovators whose technology is highly relevant to one of its identified focus area. For this competition, Sikorsky has identified four focus areas, representing current company technology needs for production aircraft and processes:

1 Ruggedized, wireless sensing with low-weight energy harvesting
2 Real-time augmented reality for collaborative applications and complex manufacturing processes
3 Aerospace quality additive manufacturing of complex geometry with real time inspection
4 High energy density and high power performance energy storage

As part of the launch, Sikorsky unveiled an all new, $25,000, non-dilutive cash prize for the Winner of the competition.

At this webinar, (July 14th from 12:00p to 1:00p EDT) company experts will share their insights on the focus areas and answer questions from the attendees.
