New IPC Solder Certification Center Opens in Detroit Area

TROY, Mich. - March 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Rolling Meadows, IL – Rolling Meadows, IL – BEST, Inc., a leader in the development and instruction of PCB and wire/terminal hand soldering curricula, announced today that it has acquired the IPC Certification Center license for the Detroit market. This marks a first for an IPC Training Center http://www.solder.net/training/ to expand its delivery and support of electronics training programs to the Detroit, MI market with the specific location being in Troy, MI. With this new expansion, BEST Inc. will be able to offer central and eastern Michigan as well as  northern  Ohio  customers IPC programs and date options. BEST trains clients in Chicago, Minneapolis and Cleveland.

Along with BEST’s extensive list of programs in electronics training, its new IPC license covers the IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-7711/21 for these locations.

Alex Conley from BEST Inc. reported “Several automotive, medical and industrial customers have asked us to move closer to their operations for IPC Training and Certification-this allows us to do this.”

BEST’s also has a mobile training center which will continue to service the area featuring a variety of high end amenities to make the mobile solder training center experience a professional one. The truck features (2) air conditioners and (3) heaters for maximum student comfort. In addition the truck is equipped with a large screen display for the demonstration of fine pitched soldering as well as flat screen displays at the student stations on order to see the demonstration up close and personal.
