We are conducting this brief survey (9-10 questions) to better understand patients’ perceptions and experiences regarding health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in pulmonary hypertension (PH). Quality of life is a broad concept that attempts to measure both positive and negative emotional, social, and physical aspects of daily living. Health-related quality of life refers to the relationship between overall quality of life and physical and mental health. It includes how medical conditions, physical and mental functioning, social support, and socioeconomic status impact overall satisfaction with one’s health.
