Health systems have invested millions in their employed physician networks, but in some cases those groups are only producing marginal strategic value. In this webinar, we will discuss how to start creating strategic value. We will also outline a roadmap for building a high-performing group, which we define as one that can produce reliable outcomes and costs.

Employed physician networks go through six phases of development. Most have survived the novice and growth phases, and may feel they are in operational chaos. As groups gain control of these operations, they enter a fourth phase, strategic focus. In this phase, they begin to produce strategic value and tie the group’s strategy to the organizational strategy. In the final two phases, the groups begin to help the organization deal with the fee for value market, and finally reach high performance.

Join us to learn how to accelerate the progress of employed groups and hear the experience at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach and their three-year journey to accelerate the development of their 200 provider employed network.

  • Define how to accelerate the development of these networks and the levers that can be used to move them to a higher performance level
