TheWorldsMostExclusiveWebsite is one of those ideas that's so stupid it's brilliant.

It's a site that allows varying levels of access based on a user's Twitter followers.  The more followers you have, the more pages you can view.

When you go to the site, there's a picture of a VIP club door. To enter, you must sign in to Twitter and have a verified account.

Our pithy 958 followers didn't even make the first cut. We were immediately redirected to  a "slightly less discriminating destination" (their words, not ours).

The destination? Olive Garden''s website.

It's either the most brilliant paid advertising sponsorship or the most insulting redirect. We're not sure which.

So far, only one person has made it to door 7. That man is Ryan Seacrest. The American Idol host has 4,669,832 followers and made it through six levels before being stopped.

Here's how the access levels work:

Front Door: Verified Twitter
Door 2: 5,000 Followers (@JonahPeretti, @BuzzFeed, @PrinceAmukamara)
Door 3: 25,000 Followers (@PopEater, @DanZarrella, @HarvardUniversity)
Door 4: 100,000 Followers (@ChristianSiriano, @RyanHiga, @GuillermoCatalano)
Door 5: 500,000 Followers (@GeorgeLopez, @RyanSeacrest)
Door 6: 1,000,000 Followers (@RyanSeacrest)
Door 7: 5,000,000 Followers (EMPTY)

Ryan Seacrest took screenshots of his journey through the seven doors. Check out what we're missing on his site (it's not much) >>
