Sheriff's Office Delivers Thanksgiving Meals To Needy Residents

Needy Lacoochee residents will enjoy complete turkey dinners thanks to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office and the Tampa Bay Bucs.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – Thanks to an assist by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, members of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office are taking a break from fighting crime today to deliver 105 turkey dinners to needy families in the Lacoochee area.

The Bucs donated the Thanksgiving turkey dinners to the sheriff’s office as part of Sheriff Chris Nocco’s annual holiday food basket program. The turkey dinner giveaway was coordinated by the Boys & Girls Club of Lacoochee.

The sheriff’s office is still accepting donations of nonperishable foods for Christmas food baskets.
